[THE] Home Edit Netflix Show Sneak Peek!

Pop the champagne, pass the candy, and pour the tea, y’all! After months and months of keeping it under wraps, we officially have an announcement to make:

From start to finish, filming this show was an experience that we’ll never forget. Not only did we learn so much about the ins and outs of the production process, but we also had the pleasure of meeting and working with some of the most amazing people on this planet. Reese Witherspoon, the Patron saint of everything good in this world obviously being one of them…

The series consists of eight, hour-long episodes that follow us as we tackle projects and transform spaces inside the homes of some of our favorite celebrity clients, as well as within our local communities.

Obviously, we don’t want to give *too* much away before the release date, but we also wanted to share some behind-the-scenes photos as a small sampling of what’s to come…

P.S. If you decide to binge-watch the series, you have our full support. In fact, we’re pushing for the release date (September 9) to be recognized as National “Do Nothing But Watch Netflix, Eat Snacks, and Drink Champagne” Day. Only seems right?

  1. I would love to see more relatable homes being organized. Smaller homes that are limited in space as well as less financially fortunate people who may not only have smaller houses than the celebrities on the show, but less of a budget. Organizing on a budget! I love you guys, inhave your book! I follow the best I can but find it hard to follow when my space is much more limited. Thank you for listening. Big fan!

    1. Hi Lauren – we appreciate the feedback ❤️ in the show, we will also be organizing smaller spaces and offering budget tips…in addition to celebrity homes! xo

  2. YES! I’m so excited. Looking forward to binge watching! I’m going to consider this a birthday gift especially for ME! My birthday is 9/6!

    1. Will there be a season 3? Please say yes please say yes please say yes!
I have one of those old school deep pantries and would love to see options on organizing it properly.
So… season 3? Please please please please!! Or… just come to my house!! LOL! But seriously…

  3. So excited to watch your works of art!!! I always seem to get halfway with my organization and then it all goes downhill!

  4. I am BEYOND excited to hear this! Love your insta and book but to be to see you in action is like a dream come true!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 👍🏻🎉😊👏🏻

    1. Will you be doing a second season and are you taking entries like Queer Eye? I need to reorganize but am too overwhelmed to do so with such a small space!

  5. Super excited!! Not too much to be excited about these days but this has moved to the top of my list

  6. I will watch it! Congrats! But I really wanted to see you help people who live in average homes. Not celebrities. They are not relatable. They can afford anything.

  7. I’m literally tearing up! The rollercoaster of emotions is too much to handle on one cup of coffee. I am having so many feels right now! Grateful!!! So grateful! My house is a mess and I need this so much!!! I need visual instruction!
You have gifts and are using them to help others in ways you don’t even know- I look forward to learning and laughing!

  8. Can not wait for this! While I don’t have a pantry, or a linen closet – your ideas help me think of areas of my home where I could apply your philosophies. I’m always looking for areas of my home where I can get more bang for my buck! It’s like finding an Easter egg when I have a revelation about being more organized! Thank you and thank you for the humor you inject into projects – goodness knows we need that : )

  9. I will watch and enjoy – but I am also with others on the relatable clients, not enough room or money train. I live in a Doublewide and desperately need to pare down on things. I love looking at re-done laundry rooms, but my washer/dryer are side by side with no extra space by them. Pics of laundry rooms make me jealous.

  10. SOOOO excited! Count me in for a binge watch. The magic of ROYGBIV who can resist that.
Now what champagne can you recommend?

  11. Can’t wait! So excited! I recently purchased your book and love all of the ideas. Do you know if you have any plans of opening up a branch in the Northeast? I live about 1.5 hours north of Boston, on the Seacoast of NH and know that there would be a TON of people interested in your services. Thanks for all of your great ideas and I LOVE champagne as well!

    1. Hi Andrea – Boston is definitely on our list of future markets! ❤️ As for now, we have teams in NYC or DC and are able to travel! Feel free to email for more info. If you book 6+ hours, you’ll get two hours free! Xo

  12. What was the paint color you used in the bedroom on Episode 3? A teal kind of color. What brand and what name please? It is lovely!

  13. How do I get on this show???? I have a craft room, kitchen and pantry and a garage that could total use your help!!! Love the show, I binge watched it in one day!!! Please say there is more to come!!!

  14. Love the show and you! Would love to know resources for some of the furniture you use-specifically the dresser for the event planner and the desk for the couple with the detached office. Thank you – can’t wait to get the book!

  15. Loved the show – I only watched 2 at a time so I wouldn’t finish so fast! Your staff shine and you both are so fun. I picked up tips on every show

  16. I would love to see how you guys have to pivot your skills and vision if you came across a closet with an odd setup. We just bought our first home and it is beautiful..minus the bizarre master closet layout. I’m curious as to the creative ways you could tackle a situation like this !

  17. I am hooked!! I can’t thank you enough for this show ! I got so inspired and started organizing my home..guess what?? I’m loving my rainbow LOL. May God Bless you with many more successful years !!

  18. Thank you for revolutioning my brain when it comes to stuff. I binge watched the entire series, and saw loads of ideas which I can apply in my normal UK sized home. I certainly don’t have a walk in pantry- and nor can I create one; but I can make your system work. So far I’ve changed my bookcases to be rainbow- so enticing, and engaging!. I’ve reorganised my very small british wardrobe. I’ve created a games and pen store for us as a family. It was originally a cluttered craft and pen store. My husband is going to create a slide out pen shelf to give easy access as we have so many different types of pens. But the best news is I’m no longer phased by the tidying- as I just think of how much fun you make it. Thank you Jo and Clea, you’re an inspiration, and I love how you manage the clients; assertively with with care. I have recommended your programmes to everyone I know! Really looking forward to seeing another series when you are able to safely record one. Huge newbie fan here! Whoop whoop

    1. Thank you for your message, Jenni! And thank you *so* much for your support! We appreciate you ❤️ xo, clea & joanna

  19. I loved the rainbow table cloth in the youth center episode! Where did you get it from? I would love it for my kids play room to spice up the ugly brown!

  20. Would love to know when you are coming to Chicago?! Went to search for your consulting services and see you are not around here yet so darn it! I’m a big fan. Or maybe you need to take something on for your new Netflix show – ha:) I am a full time working mother and have an amazing daughter. I lost my identical twin sis to cancer several years ago (she was a Mom as well and left behind her beautiful girl behind), and then my brother and father died tragically shortly afterwards and so I care for my mother. Since all of the tragedy, I have been trying so hard to organize my Mom’s home and my own because I want my daughter and niece to have organization and order in our homes and to see that I can keep it together, but truth is it has been a struggle when you are knee deep in grief. Your book and website with ideas was a Godsend and I saw some light at the end of the tunnel in terms of getting my home and my Mom’s home organized one day. I hope you come to the Chicago area or if you need clients for your show, pick us please!:) Thank you for your inspiration because this mama needed it desperately.

  21. Hi the home edit I have a big question for you? If you decide to do another season I live in a camper full time! We have no sense of organization we have cabinets that are half the pantry half closet! I’d love to meet you guys! I think it would be a great challenge!
