THE Gift Guide: ROYGBIV

At The Home Edit, we see the world in three ways: Black, white, and ROYGBIV. For those who aren’t familiar with this very important acronym, ROYGBIV stands for Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet—aka the rainbow.

Our affinity to this color scheme is partially an organizational tool—our brains innately recognize this pattern, making sense of where to put things. It’s also pleasing to the eye, which is why we surround ourselves with ROYGBIV at all times, and so should you!

  1. Love love love you two! Such inspiration and beauty. You are girls after my own ❤️ ?????? Watched your show and such fun. Got the book. Hmmmmm what else is there but to have you over. Great job! Best to you!

  2. Does pink go before red, after red, or after purple? I know it can likely be whatever you want, but I am rules-based and I need guidelines!
