Whether you run an Airbnb, or just want to make your houseguests feel at home, there are a few things you can do to make your space cozy and inviting. Just beware, your guests may never want to leave...

1. CAFFEINE

We've set up a lot of Airbnb's lately (Nashville's a lovely place to visit in the spring, y'all!) and the single most important element is COFFEE. We love the all white Keurig Brewing System because it blends with any room decor, is simple to use, and provides a 24 hour coffee fix.

We set-up a complete coffee station using this Gold and Marble Tray from Target (you're welcome), Coffee MugsGold and White Canisters to hold the coffee pods, and added Fishs Eddy Serving Pieces as accents.

We also added a stool for extra seating (very important for an Airbnb!) and these Baskets for backstock coffee pods.

2. BOOKS AND GAMES

It's always fun to add some Game Room Sets to a bedroom or living space. It adds a little whimsy and lets them know you want them to enjoy their stay. It's also fun to add some local books, or travel books, like this set of Field Guides, (And because we know you'll ask here is a link to the White Alarm Clock!)

3. MINI BAR

Bottles of water by the bedside are a must, but it's also nice to add a tray of snacks and candy. We loaded up this Acrylic Tray (we also love the White Lacquer Tray below) with local Nashville candy that we got at our ALL TIME favorite store White's Mercantile (there's no online shop, but the store will ship!).

We also added a Sugar Paper Guest Book and a set of Colored Pencils for guests to leave notes, messages, or in Nashville - maybe a hit song? You never know and it's worth a shot.

4. ACCENTS

We always add a few fun welcoming accents like Candles, and greenery. The hard thing about flowers is that they die quickly, and plants need maintenance (I personally have killed even the hardest to kill succulents). We found a few go-to options though that we love. West Elm makes really GOOD faux Plants that you can place on shelves or tabletops - they look great and can survive maximum neglect. Another option is a dried flower, like Lavender. They add a bit of color and also make the room smell nice.

5. FORGOTTEN ITEMS

Most people unpack their suitcase with the inevitable "UGH, I forgot ." And it's always such a relief to open the bathroom drawer and find a replacement for what you're missing.

We organized this drawer using this Drawer Insert and contents from this Travel Kit, deluxe Hand Lotions, and of course, a phone charger.

If your bathroom doesn't have drawers, you can use wall units like the below Metal Wall Organizer or the Black Wall Mirror with Shelf from Target that gives you extra storage space for products.

Just promise that if you do all of the above, you invite us for a sleepover!
